Any company doing construction of any type in the Point Marion Borough must obtain a Construction License from the Borough and (if applicable) a permit from McMillen Engineering.
Rental Registration Information
$75.00/year for a single-dwelling or a multi-unit of 2 dwellings.
$150/year for multi-units of 3 or more apartments/dwellings.
Rental Registration fees are calculated every January for all rentals withing the borough. Landlords have until June 30th to submit all fees.
