General Billing Schedule & Info

PM Boro uses a “Radio Read” method to obtain your meter read every month. This is done by doing a “drive-by” your home. This is done on/about the 20th of every month. Bills are then calculated, printed and sent out by the 23rd.  Due date is the 15th of the following month. Late fees (10%) are calculated on the 16th. NOT receiving a bill in the mail DOES NOT constitute not having to pay that bill on time. We strongly encourage you to sign up for an account to receive an e-bill and the option to pay online. If you do not receive you bill by the end of the month, PLEASE call the office.

If you have a “Previous Balance” on your water bill, that amount is due immediately or your home may be posted as a warning that your water is in jeopardy of termination. Home posting costs you $25 and occur around the 26th of the month. Water terminations for PAST DUE balances will happen on/about the 1st Tuesday of the month and will require payment of past due charges + $75 reconnection fee to restore your service.
